Water Restrictions is written and maintained by four regional editors, each responsible for tracking restriction orders, drought declarations, and utility enforcement across their territory. Every city and state page carries the byline of the editor who covers it, and each editor monitors official utility sources, state agencies, and US Drought Monitor data for their region.
